Home Inspections

A Weatherstone Inspection covers things we can visually identify. We will examine the roof, attic, siding, gutters, downspouts, foundation, grade, sidewalks, driveway, windows, paint, ventilation, doors, storm doors, walls, ceilings, lighting, electrical system, plumbing system, heating and cooling system, kitchens, baths, floors, basement, crawl spaces, insulation, and more. The Weatherstone Experience includes the comprehensive inspection you should expect!

New Construction Inspections

We perform these inspections before closing to ensure that the brand-new home is complete and was completed to the correct standards. If there is anything wrong with the home before closing, the builder may correct any issues prior to closing. We can inspect the home in 4 separate phases: Pre-Pour Inspection, Pre-Drywall Inspection, Final Inspection, and Warranty Inspection.

Additional Services

01. Mold Inspections

Evidence of organic growth in a home can be a cause for concern. We can work to determine the source and provide testing to determine the type of growth and potential remediation options.

02. Well Water Testing

Drinking water should be safe in every home! We can perform water testing looking for E. coli, Total Coliform, Nitrates, and much more!

03. Radon Testing

Radon is an odorless, invisible, radioactive gas naturally released from rocks, soil, and water. Radon can get into homes and buildings through small cracks or holes and build up in the air. Over time, breathing in elevated levels of radon can cause serious health concerns. We have specialized equipment to evaluate the levels in a home over a 48-hour period and make recommendations for remediation if the levels are above the EPA recommendations.
